I originally started making jewelry at the end of 2023. Having suffered from anxiety for a number of years and, grieving the loss of my father I decided I needed to pursue a healthy outlet. I began making pieces for friends and family and grew to love experimenting with different materials. My passion for jewelry making has evolved into Goddys Jewelry.

Why Goddys Jewelry? Two reasons:

My last name is Goddard, so growing up I ended up with a nickname of “little Goddy” because I was the youngest of all the “Goddys.”

I believe my dad is the reason I turned to creating jewelry, so in part, you could also say it’s a dedication to him.

What’s with the Robin?

The significance again is my dad and his love for watching the birds at the end of his life and my belief that the robin looking through the window every day after he passed was his way of letting us know he is at peace.
